What this notice covers
This notice describes this website: the pages you are reading, the legal documents and the access-request form.
The atmOS product is a separate matter. Data you put into a workspace is covered by the terms and the data processing agreement that come with an account, not by this notice.
Reading the site
Our host records a line every time your browser asks for a page: IP address, time, the page requested, referrer and user agent. That is what makes serving a website possible.
The site is served by STRATO AG in Germany.
Log retention: 14 days
We do not combine these logs with anything else and do not use them to identify you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
What is stored on your device
Nothing is written to your device until you act. This is the whole list.

You can change your mind at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer. Declining removes the analytics entries.
Analytics
If you accept, we load PostHog and send page views to eu.i.posthog.com. PostHog processes the data in the EU on our behalf under a data processing agreement.
Nothing loads until you accept. Decline and posthog-js is never fetched, no identifier is written and no event leaves your browser.
Session recording masks every input, so what you type into a form is never reconstructed.
Requesting access
The form asks for your name, work email, company, role, the plan you have in mind, what you would pay and what you want to build. Only name, email, role, what you want to build and your consent are required.
Submissions go to a Google Apps Script endpoint we run and land in a spreadsheet on our Google Workspace account. Google acts as our processor.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by the checkbox on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us; withdrawal does not affect what happened before.
The form also carries a hidden field and the time you spent filling it in. Both only ever tell a bot from a person and are discarded with the rest of the submission.
Who else sees the data
We keep the list short and name every one of them.
- Hosting — STRATO AGServes the site and keeps the request logs described above.
- Google Ireland Ltd.Receives and stores access-request submissions on our behalf.
- PostHog, Inc. (EU Cloud)Processes analytics events in the EU, and only after you accept.
How long we keep it
Server logs live as long as our host keeps them — the period named above.
Analytics events are kept for 12 months and then deleted.
Access requests are kept until we have finished talking to you, and no longer than 24 months after the last exchange.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data we hold about you (Art. 15)
- Correct data that is wrong (Art. 16)
- Delete your data (Art. 17)
- Restrict how we process it (Art. 18)
- Hand it to you in a portable format (Art. 20)
- Stop processing that rests on legitimate interest (Art. 21)
- Honour a withdrawn consent from that point on (Art. 7(3))

You can also complain to a supervisory authority. For us that is the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.
Changes to this notice
When the site changes, this notice changes with it. The date at the top of the page tells you which version you are reading.
